The Austin Civic Orchestra has matured over the past 30+ years into one of the largest civic orchestras in the country. Even though the musicians in the orchestra volunteer their time and talents, their contributions make up only one piece of this large non-profit organization. A considerable part of the orchestra's success is due to contributions made by the Austin community.

Donations by individuals and corporations are vital to the operations of the Austin Civic Orchestra. Donated funds help pay for expenditures such as key personnel, venues for performances, and sheet music rentals (just to name a few). Please help the Austin Civic Orchestra continue to thrive through your generous donations.

Financial Contributions

Two types of financial contributions are available: general and targeted. Either type of contribution can be made directly to the orchestra or through the Network for Good.

General Donations

The following six levels of general support are available. Donors receive recognition in each program during the season in which the donation was made.

Level Starts at
Standing Ovation $5000
Encore $2500
Bravo $1000
Curtain Call $500
Take a Bow $250
Applause $100

Targeted Donations

Targeted donations are donations made to the ACO for specific purposes. To make a targeted donation, merely indicate the area toward which you want your donation to apply. Possible areas include mailing and printing, facility fees, and score purchases.

Businesses seeking to sponsor the ACO can join the Corporate Sponsorship program. For a list of suggested areas toward which you can make a corporate contribution, please visit the Sponsors page. In return for your generous contribution, you will receive advertising space in the ACO program.

Volunteering

In addition to financial contributions, the ACO always welcomes the assistance of volunteers. To become an ACO volunteer, please complete the Contact Us form and specify the area in which you'd like to help.
