Audition Information

Group auditions will be held twice per season, once in mid-August and once in early January.

Auditions should include 5-6 minutes of music from an etude, solo work, sonata or concerto movement and should showcase both technical and musical abilities.

If you are interested in joining the Orchestra, please send Music Director Lois Ferrari an email that communicates your interest and a brief outline of your performance history.

Note: Since the ACO is a civic organization, membership necessitates the payment of dues to help defray the cost of buying and renting music, venue fee, staff salaries, moving equipment, program printing, and advertising. ACO dues are $40 per semester or $60 total if paid by September 30th.
